American Samoa Territory Flags
Adopted on April 24, 1960, the Flag of the Territory of American Samoa features an eagle that represents the nation's relationship with the United States. The eagle is holding the traditional symbols of power among Samoan chiefs. This is the only flag in the world that features a single triangle with its base at the right side of the flag.
