Carrot-Top ships all Majestic™ commercial-grade flagpoles directly from our manufacturer via motor freight. Shipment takes approximately 1–2 weeks to any location in the continental U.S.A.  

Upon ordering your flagpole, you should receive a series of emails detailing what you must do to prepare to receive your flagpole. As you receive your delivery, we advise you to thoroughly inspect your flagpole and its accessories for any possible scratches, dents, or defects. If you encounter any issues, kindly reject the delivery and contact our Flag Pros promptly. Avoid storing your flagpole in its corrugated packaging. Doing so can cause permanent staining.

3. What flag should I fly on this flagpole? 

Generally, we recommend that the long side of your flag measures between 1/4 and 1/3 the height of your flagpole. Based on those calculations, a 4'x6' flag is best, followed by a 5'x8' if you live in an area with low winds.  

4. Can I fly multiple flags on a single flagpole?  

Yes, you can often fly multiple flags on a single flagpole on the same halyard or by utilizing hardware like yardarms or multiple halyard systems. However, keep in mind that adding too many flags could affect wind resistance and flag lifespan. If you plan to fly multiple flags on this flagpole, we recommend flying a 4’x6’ American flag and 3’x5’ state flag, POW/MIA flag, or custom flag.   

5. Are there any local regulations or permits required for flagpole installation?  

Yes, local regulations and permits vary by area. Before installation, it's essential to research and adhere to any zoning or permitting requirements in your location. Call 811, the national call before you dig number, and they will provide you with all the information.
