Stefanie Worcester: The Coach Who Builds Champions
When Stefanie Worcester joined our team in January 2021, she brought something special—the heart of a coach combined with an eye for detail that makes all the difference.
As our Account Relationship Specialist Team Lead, Stefanie doesn't just manage orders. She builds people up. Whether she's troubleshooting a tricky custom design, training team members, or walking an elderly customer through their first online order, Stefanie approaches every interaction with patience and care.
"I love getting to support our team in their continual growth towards providing outstanding customer service," she says. "We work with a passionate customer base, so helping them get what they need to create their desired patriotic displays is always rewarding."
Those one-on-one coaching sessions she holds with team members each week? They've become the highlight of her role. And it shows in every call her team takes.
When it comes to flags, Stefanie's heart belongs to custom designs. "I love that everyone has the opportunity to showcase their group in this way," she explains. "It's a lot of fun to see the designs that everyone has come up with and what it says about their town, school, or organization."
Away from work, you'll find Stefanie baking, sewing, catching Broadway shows at DPAC, or camping with her boxer-pit mix Ginger and calico kitten Lucy. But even during her downtime, she's the kind of person who's always ready to help, whether that's planning the office party or patiently explaining flag etiquette to a curious caller.
Allison Wilson: The Patriot With Deep Roots
Some people understand service because it's in their blood. For Allison Wilson, who joined our team in February 2023, that connection runs generations deep.
"The American Flag is my favorite," Allison shares. "Our family is very patriotic as we have generations of military service."
That heritage shows in how Allison approaches her work as an Account Relationship Specialist. Whether she's handling customer orders by phone, chat, or email, or diving deep into complex custom projects, she brings a genuine appreciation for what these symbols mean to the people who fly them.
The custom projects have become Allison's specialty. "I worked really hard to understand the policies and procedures behind the process," she says with obvious pride. "It paid off!" When a school needs a banner for their championship team or a veteran's group wants to honor their members, Allison makes sure every detail is perfect.
What drives her? "When I hear how much customers love our products and what great service we provide. That's always good to hear."
When she's not helping customers, Allison spends time with her family, goes thrifting for hidden treasures, and crafts with her hands. She shares her home with two dogs and a cat—Rex, Rizzo, and Rocko—who probably hear her talking about flag specifications more than they'd prefer.
Megan Talent: The Storyteller Who Listens
Every day brings a new story when you're Megan Talent. Since joining the team in March 2022, she's discovered that being an Account Relationship Specialist means being part listener, part problem-solver, and part keeper of memories.
"I enjoy hearing the customer stories every day," Megan explains. "There's always a new one and they are very touching. That is the most rewarding part of my job."
Whether she's taking phone calls, entering orders, answering chats, or processing those intricate Scouting America orders during busy Jamboree season, Megan approaches each conversation with genuine curiosity about the person on the other end of the line.
Her favorite flag choice might surprise you: it's the Israeli flag. But the reason is pure Megan: "Every time I see it, it reminds me of the child who used to be my step-son, because he is from Israel and is still very special to me."
That's the thing about Megan—every flag connects to a person, every order connects to a story, and every story matters. When Jamboree season arrives and orders pour in from Scout troops across the country, she embraces the challenge. "It can get hectic, but I enjoy a challenge."
At home, she's focused on what matters most: being a mom to her teenage son and cheering him on at JV football games. Her toy Pomeranian, Koda, probably thinks football season gets a little too loud, but that's what family is for.
Jovi Creed: The Rookie Who’s Eager to Grow
When Jovi Creed joined our team this past September, he stepped into the role of Account Relationship Specialist with eagerness and heart. Between training and handling customer cases, he’s often found typing away at his keyboard — making sure every question is answered and every order is processed with care.
What he finds most rewarding is not just the work itself, but what it represents. “It’s been very rewarding to feel as though I’m helping a small, tight-knit team grow and expand in what they’re able to do,” he shares. “One of my favorite aspects of working with the customers is how passionate they are about these flags. It extends past the flags and goes further into self-expression and pride. It’s very nice to see.”
An avid writer and researcher, Jovi has presented at conferences and published scholarly work — but his creative spirit doesn’t stop there. He’s also a music lover who finds inspiration in genres like Japanese Citypop, jazz fusion, and synthwave.
Jovi’s favorite flag is the Pan-African flag. For him, it’s more than colors on fabric — it’s a reminder to take pride in his roots and honor the resilience of his ancestors. That sense of meaning carries into his work here too, as he helps customers find the flag that best tells their story.
