1. Is this flag a recognized BSA design? 

Absolutely. Carrot-Top Flags holds an official partnership with the Boy Scouts of America, ensuring that all our troop flags are fully licensed by the organization. 

2. Is the flag single sided or double sided? 

Those flags are single sided. They are printed as single reverse, which means that the printing shows through to the reverse side but will read backwards. Compared to double-sided flags, which consist of two pieces of fabric sewn together with a third piece of material between, single-sided flags fly a lot easier because they are more lightweight.  

3. Can I use this flag for parades? 

Yes, you can use this outdoor flag for parades if you have the proper flag collar that fits your flagpole. Carrot-Top also offers a custom fringed BSA flag. 

4. Is this flag suitable for indoor/outdoor use? 

Yes, we consider nylon our best all-around flag fabric. Nylon flags are lightweight and fly beautifully during low winds. These nylon flags may be hung outdoors using halyard rope or indoors on a wall so you can proudly show off your city and troop number.
