We gladly accept returns of unused products up to 30 days from the date of fulfillment for a refund, so long as the product is in its original condition and packaging. Please note that custom and made-to-order items are not eligible for returns.
How do I start my return process?
- Request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) through your account on our website.
- If you need assistance initiating your return and requesting an RMA, chat with us online or leave a detailed description regarding your return, including your Sales Order number, on our Contact Us form.
- We do not accept returned items without first opening a return claim with Carrot-Top.
What if I want to return a Beacon® Nylon or Patriarch® Polyester flag?
- Our Beacon® Nylon and Patriarch® Polyester flags are backed with our Industry’s Best Six-Month Guarantee, which covers any defects, fading or tearing, starting from your date of purchase. For full details on this guarantee, view our Industry’s Best Six-Month Guarantee.
- You may initiate a warranty claim via our Contact Us form. Please provide photos of the damage and the Sales Order number.
What if I have a custom or made-to-order product I would like to return?
- For all custom products, you will approve a picture proof showing you the design as we plan to produce it. Please review your proof thoroughly; if you notice anything you’d like to change or adjust, you will have an opportunity to revise the design before it goes to production.
- Custom and made-to-order items are not eligible for returns. However, if the custom items you receive differ materially from the proof you approved or if the made-to-order goods are flawed, we will work with you to re-produce the correct item or provide a full refund.
Will my shipping be covered for my return?
- Returns will be subject to a return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund. As part of the RMA process, we will provide a shipping label.
- Return shipping will be covered if the issue is due to a quality defect.
- Outbound shipping fees from the original order are not refundable.
How long will the return process take?
- Returns are processed in 3-5 business days and refunds can be expected 5-7 business days after processing.
- We apply refunds to the tender with which returned items were purchased.
Please note that Carrot-Top offers a choice of shipping options at checkout, though we reserve the right to change carriers/methods if such change will result in the faster, safer, or more efficient delivery of your flags. Carrot-Top Industries is not responsible for shipping delays once your items have left our warehouse.
