Why Buy a Majestic™ Architectural-Grade Flagpole?
These heavy-duty flagpoles are a top choice for schools, businesses, and other settings where appearance and presentation are essential. Among architectural series flagpoles, the Majestic™ is one of the sturdiest; the black, bronze, and clear anodized models feature a finish that is electrically bonded to the surface of the aluminum via an electrical/chemical process.
Anodized aluminum has an enhanced resistance to corrosion from air pollution or slight humidity. While aluminum doesn't rust the way steel does, it can still show pitting and whitish deposits from oxidation and corrosion. Any flag you fly on an anodized flagpole will last longer since the unique flagpole finish will prevent the flag from being stained or damaged by snags on a rough, corroded flagpole surface.
Majestic™ architectural series heavy-duty flagpoles feature a wall thickness of 0.188", except for the 60' and 70' heights, which have a wall thickness of 0.250", for structural rigidity in high winds. In many locations, insurance requirements are a consideration when selecting a flagpole for its resistance to high winds.
The 30' and 35' flagpoles are available in one- or two-piece designs; real-world experience shows there's little difference in the strength and rigidity of one-piece and two-piece flagpoles. Please note that one-piece 30' and 35' Majestic™ Architectural-Grade Flagpoles will require extra shipping costs.
Your architectural flagpole will be shipped with the following accessories free of charge. All are available separately as well, should you need replacement parts:

Do you need help choosing the right flagpole for your business? Don’t hesitate to check out our flagpole resource guides or reach out to our Flag Pros via our contact us form for additional help.
1. What are the benefits of using architectural-grade flagpoles?
Using architectural grade flagpoles offers several benefits, including enhanced durability, resistance to corrosion, a sleek and sophisticated appearance, and the ability to withstand various weather conditions.
2. How do I maintain these heavy-duty flagpoles?
Maintaining these flagpoles is relatively simple. Regular cleaning with mild soap and water, and occasional inspections for signs of wear or damage, can help prolong their lifespan. Check out our repair and maintenance resource guide for more information on how to care for your flagpole.
3. Do you offer warranty coverage for these flagpoles?
Yes, we provide a lifetime warranty for our architectural-grade flagpoles. This warranty protects against defects in material or workmanship for a lifetime, ensuring your flagpole stands tall and bright for decades.
4. What size flagpole should I buy?
Generally, you should aim for a flagpole that is at least 5’–10’ taller than your surroundings. Most residential properties are 10’ per story, while more commercial buildings have 12’, plus the height of their roof. We recommend one to two-story homes purchase a 20’-25’ flagpole, while a three-story office building could use a 35’-40’. It all depends on the aesthetics of your site and the surrounding landscaping. A 20’ flagpole will look minuscule next to a skyscraper, while a 60’ would tower over most small residences.
5. What flagpoles do you recommend for areas with mild to moderate wind?
Our Majestic™ Commercial-Grade Flagpoles create beautiful flag displays that last in areas with mild to moderate winds, 96–147 mph when unflagged. View our aluminum flagpole category page for the full range of sizes.
6. What flag should I fly on my flagpole?
Generally, if your locality requires the use of an ultra-strong flagpole, you probably need a durable flag as well. Our Patriarch® Polyester American Flags can withstand typical beach weather and high winds for extended periods, ideal for pairing with your architectural-grade flagpole.
